The sessions
Sessions take place only online and last 1 hour.
All support is based on the autonomy and emotional well-being of the client.
She or He is encouraged to look with compassion and realism at her/his emotional and external reality.
Also is encouraged to find internal and external resources to deal with the challenges of her/his life.
The privacy is assured during whole therapy process.
